Customer must contact Digi-Trax
first to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization). No return will
be accepted without an RMA number. Returns must be received within 30
days of RMA number issuance and any and all shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer.
Goods returned during the 30 day period are subject to a 15%
restocking charge unless Digi-Trax receives a new purchase order for the same dollar value of
alternative product. Credit or replacement will only be issued upon
Digi-Trax acceptance and approval of the returned product.
Digi-Trax standard (stock) product may be returned for credit within 30
days of purchase if the product is returned sealed and undamaged in its
original packaging. Digi-Trax reserves the right to determine return
based upon inspection of product. Damaged or used products are not

The above policy is limited to purchases of
$3000 or less only. If a purchase exceeds $3,000, upon request,
Digi-Trax will ship a partial order so that the customer may determine

determined to be defective in manufacturing workmanship, Digi-Trax shall
authorize the replacement of equipment at no charge. The return shipment
fees are the responsibility of the customer. Digi-Trax will ship
replacement product at no charge.
Any product ordered but not
found in shipment must be reported to Digi-Trax within 14 days of
receipt of package. Digi-Trax is not responsible for replacing any lost,
stolen or strayed articles after this time frame.
