Both HemaTrax® & MicroTrax™ include six month software installation support as part of the purchase price.  You are eligible for free technical support for 6 months after purchasing hardware or software from Digi-Trax.

Installation support is limited to assistance necessary to install software on a system and the replacement of defective media. Installation support does not include modification of software.

When installing HemaTrax v6.2, uninstall any previous version of HemaTrax Standalone using Add/Remove Programs in the Windows™ Control Panel.

On-site training may be purchased at the time of software purchase. For information please contact your Digi-Trax Sales Representative.

Annual Unlimited Lifecycle Software Support may be purchased for HemaTrax and renewed on an annual basis. For information please contact your Digi-Trax Sales Representative.
