FREE factory warranty service may be available for up to 12 months or more after your purchase of a printer or bar code scanner. You may obtain a return material authorization (RMA) to have hardware products repaired or replaced (at the manufacturer's
discretion) by calling Digi-Trax. You may elect to call the factory directly to obtain support for hardware products eligible for FREE service under the factory warranty.
You are eligible for
FREE technical support
for 6 months when you purchase Digi-Trax software or hardware.
 No support fee is charged when you call for "round-trip" service,
depot service or factory return material authorization (RMA) numbers .
** Per incident telephone-support fee of $150. **
A "Per Incident" technical telephone-support fee is charged for:
• Software or hardware installation support more than six
months after purchase.
• Hardware more than six months after purchase.
• Hardware or software programming assistance.
• Training with software products purchased from Digi-Trax.
