These are our standard piggy-back labels used for imaging ISBT-128 Unit Identification Number Set labels.  The label measures 3.74 x 4.5 inches. Each label set includes 6 large bag labels, 6 test tube labels and 9 eye read pigtails). The large bag labels measure 1.75 x .75 inches.  The test tube labels measure 1.17 x .75 inches.  The eye read pigtail labels measure 1.17 x .25 inches. The labels peel from a release liner that is perforated between labels.  The labels are supplied in PACKS with 500 labels per fan-fold lift, 6 fan-fold lifts per pack (3,000 labels/pack).  Each PACK also includes 1 roll of ribbon.  Either:  R-18104618 (Zebra)  R-18104626 (Sato), enough to image all of the labels supplied.
